Meeting time is Local time: WE DO NOT OBSERVE DAYLIGHT SAVING: November 1st 2020 - 14th March, 2021) Upon arrival in to St Kitts, kindly contact Tropical Tours (no later than the next day) to advise the name of tour which was pre-booked.  A representative will be present for desk hours (time will be advised) at the hotel for redemption of vouchers and a brief overview of the tour, e.g., day of tour, name of tour guide, inclusions on tour, venue of departure etc. The signed vouchers should be submitted during this time. All tours are shared and require a minimum number of persons for confirmation. Therefore it is critical to follow instructions to avoid disappointment. • Comfortable walking shoes with durable soles (closed toed) compulsory • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. Not wearing proper attire or display any sign of not been in good physical condition. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements.
