Information for the customer (Know before you go) - Check your email the day before the tour for important information. - Please arrive on time as delays may cause you to miss your cruise departure time. - This experience includes a guided 2,5-hour walking tour and pre-booked tickets for a 55-minute cruise with an audio guide available in English and German. - The guide will not join you for the cruise. You will be escorted all the way to the pier/dock and given a cruise ticket with all the necessary information. - Bring warm clothes and don't get surprised by the chilly weather as it may be colder on the water than on the land. - There will be snacks and drinks available to purchase on board. - For the best experience, we limit your group size to 1-25 people per guide. - We will arrange additional guides for larger groups so the price will be higher.
