Customers must check in. We are located at San Juan Bay Marina, just a 3-minute drive from the T-Mobile Center. Our office is situated on the lower level, beneath Sizzlers Restaurant. Please use "San Juan Bay Marina" in your GPS instead of the physical address to avoid any confusion or delays.

Customers must check in at the Ocean Motion office located at the San Juan Bay Marina under Sizzlers Restaurant. GPS: San Juan Bay Marina Drivers must be at least 21 years old, bring a valid driver's license, and a physical credit card. Passengers 18+ must bring a valid ID. Passengers must be at least 12 years old. Participants under 21 must be with an adult 21+. Participants who do not meet the age, ID, credit card, and licensure requirements will not be able to participate, and no refund will be issued. Customers must arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled booking time for check-in and a mandatory safety protocol review. ***Late Arrival Policy: Customers who arrive late or after the scheduled booking departure time will unfortunately forfeit their participation without a refund, as timely check-ins are essential for safety and scheduling purposes. A refundable damage deposit of $150 is required at check-in. The deposit will be held on your credit card and released 24 hours after check-in, pending no damage or incidentals. The credit/debit card on file will be charged for any damage or incidental costs exceeding $150. **Please note that failure to provide a credit card for this hold will result in the forfeiture of your booking, and you will not be able to participate. Unfortunately, no refund will be provided for any forfeited bookings. To ensure the well-being of all participants, individuals who are pregnant will not be permitted to participate, and a refund will not be issued. **Customers who knowingly book while pregnant will not be allowed to participate and will not be eligible for a refund. **Customers under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to operate the Jet Cars. Individuals in such a condition will forfeit their ride without eligibility for a refund. To receive a full refund, travelers must cancel up to 24 hours before the experience start time in the local timezone. No refunds will be given after that timeframe.
