Once you reach the marina area, please head straight for Berth number 30. The different piers (which are the floating docks where the boats are moored) are usually clearly marked with large and visible numbers along the entire pier; look for the number 30. Right at that berth, you will easily recognize our vessel, La Guantanamera, moored there, completely ready and waiting for our passengers to begin the crossing at the scheduled time. When you show up for Docking 30, please keep your mobile phone handy and with your Viator bonus now accessible on the screen. Simply show your voucher or digital entry to one of our crew members or ground staff who will be there to welcome you and assist with boarding. You can have it open in the official Viator mobile app (which is usually the most recommended way for smooth and agile access), previously downloaded as a standard PDF file on your device, or if you prefer, saved in your smartphone's digital wallet if the feature is available.
