Hi, I'm Aki! I'm a Japanese mom who loves cooking and meeting people from around the world. As a former backpacker and mother of three, I enjoy sharing Japanese culture in a warm and personal way. In this class, I’ll show you how to make ramen and gyoza from scratch using fresh, natural ingredients—no MSG or artificial flavorings. We’ll knead the noodles, prepare a rich broth, and create delicious homemade dumplings together. Think of me as your “Tokyo mom”—here to guide you, cook with you, and help you feel right at home. If you have any dietary needs—such as food allergies, or vegan or halal preferences—please mention them when booking. While I’ll do my best to adjust the ingredients, please note that I may not be able to accommodate all requests.
