You must arrive on time, as your booking is for a specific time. Then you can go straight to the exhibition. 2. If you have chosen the Museum guide option: • Your tickets will be sent to you the day before your tour via either WhatsApp or email. It's important to have your ticket ready in online or a paper version for a smooth experience. To begin the tour, show your ticket at the museum ticket office and join the guided tour. Enjoy your Discover Cracow adventure! 3. If you have chosen the "Entrance Ticket Only" option. Please ensure you arrive on time, as being late will result in missing your time to enter the museum. Your tickets will be sent to you the day before your tour via either WhatsApp or email. It's important to have your ticket ready in online or a paper version for a smooth experience. Enjoy your Discover Cracow adventure! 4. If you selected the “Guided Tour + Walking Tour” option, please note that the chosen start time applies to the guided tour of the Schindler's Factory Museum. To join the Walking Tour, simply arrive at Jan Matejko Square before 10:00 AM or 2:30 PM. Be there at the time and show this voucher to our Storyteller Guide – that's it.
