Please disembark your ship, its a short walk along the dock, to the pedestrian exit security gate. We will be standing outside the exit on the grass area underneath a flag pole with a sign board with your names on. We will be in uniform of black trousers / white shirts / orange lanyards.
Special Instructions
We operate ALL our tours to fit in with the cruise ships arrivals and departure times which means our tours maybe a little flexible with departure times on some days where necessary. If your ship is later into port than the advertised departure time we will NOT depart the tour without you. We just ask that you disembark and check in as soon as you are able. Most ships are in the port of Tauranga for a 12 hour window which allows a great opportunity for touring.
