This tour has separate departure locations depending on whether you are staying in Hervey Bay or Rainbow Beach. Please make sure you book the correct departure location. If you are staying in Hervey Bay, select pick up from Buccaneer Drive. If you are staying in Rainbow Beach, select pick up from Rainbow Beach Road.
The commencement of hotel pickups is approximately 2 hours prior to the departure time of the tour, you must make telephone contact with the local service provider to book the pickup and verify the exactness of your pickup time, this must be done at least 48hrs prior to the departure.

Meeting Point

Meeting at the Shell Petrol Station in Rainbow Beach at 7:45 AM. Please arrive 10-minutes before the pickup time. If you wish to change your pickup, please contact the Operator by phone only, at least 48 hours prior to departure.

Marina Kiosk (Whale Watch Tourist Centre) Shop 1 Buccaneer Dr, Urangan at 7:30AM. Look for the large Whale statue in front of Whale Bay Marina and wait here. Arrive 10-min before pickup time. If you wish to change the pickup, contact the Operator by phone only, at least 48 hours prior to departure.
