Arrive to the meeting point 10min before. *Dress code: to go inside the cathedral, back, shoulders and at least half tight must be covered or entrance to the monument won’t be possible Cathedral could be closed due to some religious services * DiscoveryPisa offers a refund on cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your tour. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour will not be refunded .As stated above, we do not refund clients within 24 hours of a tour, and this includes customers who are late due to flight or train cancellations, delays or issues caused by traffic or congestion, etc. We do not refund either if these problems are caused by the rain.
