Customers that do not require a Port pickup can be met at the starting point of the tour, which is at the foot of the floating (Queen Emma) bridge, on the western (a.k.a. Otrabanda) side of the channel, (same side where the port is located).
Customers that require a Port pickup can be met at the Main Entrance/Exit Gate (#2) of the port, near the Security Office.

The name of your cruise ship will be required in order to identify your ship's berthing location. • For cruise ship passengers requesting pick-up service: The TukTuk vehicles will be stationed in the parking lot or at the Security Office at the entrance/exit gate of the port. Please check with the security agent or call the Tour Supplier at +599 9 529 6069 if unable to locate your guide upon your arrival at the pier Tour departs within walking distance of the cruise port; AT THE FOOT OF THE PONTOON (floating) BRIDGE (on the side of the Pehna Building, which is very easy to spot when standing at the bridge)
