Moe’s family prepares traditional Myanmar cuisine as well as Chinese dishes, reflecting their heritage. You might try dishes such as their tender Burmese pork curry cooked with onions and tomato paste, nga phe thoq (a fish cake salad, of fried fish cake served on top of a fresh greens with onion, fried garlic and tomato), bean soup with vermicelli and dried shrimp, or shui jiao (Chinese dumplings stuffed with minced pork, ginger, and spring onions).
