You will be welcomed into her home with a refreshing glass of paanagam (jaggery drink) or lemon juice. Then begin your South Indian cooking class with a masterclass on spices used in South Indian cuisine. Help Sundari cook two dishes from scratch. After cooking, you will sit down and eat together the labor of your work.
