Since 2009, Miss T’s Kitchen has honored country-style Jamaican cooking using garden-fresh herbs, coconut milk, and Scotch bonnet heat. Locals and travelers slip into the breezy dining room for oxtail simmered with spinners, curried goat, and seafood “unda di sea” cooked to your choice of style.
Miss T’s Kitchen was born from Anna-Kay Tomlinson’s dream to celebrate Jamaican food without limits. Her courtyard concept erases walls and showcases the island’s colors, ingredients, and warmth.
Her curated spice blends, coconut milk reductions, and Scotch bonnet sauces pay homage to generations of cooks who perfected these recipes in country kitchens.
Today, the restaurant continues to be a culinary ambassador for Ocho Rios—inviting visitors to “nyam” and lime like a local.
