The Green Parrot started as a humble grill at Hurricane Hole Marina, feeding boaters and fishermen. Word spread fast, leading to multiple branches and a flagship on East Bay Street.
Today, the restaurant celebrates 20+ years of island hospitality, serving up cold Kalik beers, Bahamian conch, and massive burgers right over the harbour.
It remains a relaxed gathering spot for salt-soaked locals, cruise visitors exploring downtown, and snorkelers wrapping up a day on the water.
